Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in excellent condition. Below, you will find our updated shipping policies and procedures tailored to our operations within Singapore.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days by our own dedicated delivery team.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

All orders below SGD $80 will have a shipping fee of $15 for standard delivery. The delivery fee is waived for orders above $80.

You may also opt for Same Day Express Delivery for an additional $25. The $25 delivery fee for Same Day Express Delivery applies to all orders, regardless of order value.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation SMS or WhatsApp message containing your order information and estimated delivery time. There will be no tracking number as all deliveries are dispatched with our own in-house courier teams.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

We currently ship exclusively within Singapore. As such, international duties do not apply. We do not charge GST or any other taxes. International duties do not apply.

Damages and Issues:

Buycartonboxes.sg takes great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately to file a claim, or arrange for an exchange or refund.

No International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are exclusively shipped to addresses within Singapore.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used by the user. We encourage customers to order in quantities they require.
