Do you buy-back used carton boxes?
No, we don't buy back used carton boxes. However, we encourage you to recycle them responsibly.
How long does delivery take?
Upon placing your order via our website, all orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days. If you need packing supplies urgently, you can also opt for express same-day shipping for an additional fee.
How much is shipping and delivery?
For all orders below $80, a $15 shipping fee applies. For orders above $80, shipping and delivery is free.
For express same-day shipping, a fee of $25 applies regardless of the order value.
Can I arrange for self-collection?
We have both shipping and self-collection options available. For self-collection, contact us on WhatsApp to check our inventory levels.
What if my carton boxes arrive damaged?
If your carton boxes arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Can I return unused carton boxes?
Yes, we accept returns of unused carton boxes within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our return policy for more details on the return process and conditions.
Are there any Cash-on-Delivery (COD) options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer payment upon delivery. Rest assured, all our boxes and supplies are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
